Some Winter Color

Posted in Out of Border by westiemom on January 7, 2009

Since today is a dreary day with freezing rain, I decided to post a few photos I took last week. These were taken at my son’s house. There’s a beautiful old barn behind their property. Some of my favorite photographic subjects are old barns and buildings.

Nice photos – the barn looks nice and colorful, but the winter browns are kind of a drag! Can’t wait for spring and nice color! What post-processing did you use?

I love the stone work in the barn and the gnarly tree has character–as my dad would say.

Thanks Christopher and Roxanne. I’m not sure what I did to these photos, since I did them on the laptop. I think I did everything but sharpening in ACR.
